Pathetic service with no accountability

In 2020 August I had taken in my tv for assessment to which I was informed that it would cost me R1850 to fix it. Subsequent to this, an sms was generated to confirm the amount.

The shop then changed its location and I eventually got a hold of them and payment made in November of 2020. I was informed that the part needed to be ordered and will arrive in 3 weeks. Work ID:1400,32 inch LCD. The tv will be fixed by December. 3 weeks later, the tv was not ready but we should come back in Jan 2021. From January we have been given the run rounds- from being told that the tv was fixed, upon collection only to be informed that the previous shop owner took it to Zeerust (another town). Now the shop has changed numbers and the cell number under the store name refers us back to the store. When we go to the store, we are told that the guy responsible is not around.
