Frustrated

I left the company October already it’s now January and still this company is failing to submit my forms to my provident fund I have submitted everything on my side but liberty has not received anything from you people I tried calling multiple times Theresa is never at her desk either and Andre the regional I want what is due to me I am going to ccma as it’s in the process they messing me around liberty has not received any documents and I’m am now stuck between a rock and a hard place having to run after a company I no longer work for
