Very poor service.

Deltec do not honour the Warranty. Contacted them today 7th of June 2022 because of battery warranty ending 2 July 2022. Although my purchase slip says 24 months they insist that warranty is only for 12 Months. One of two in 24 volt bank is bursting open and smells bad. On enquiry to head office Johannesburg I was told only 1 year warranty.
