SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought 4x100ah batteries which are still under warranty. Batteries no longer hold their charge. Took them into Deltec Cape Town branch for checking. It’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have an update on my batteries. Constant excuses! Blaming loadshedding that they can’t charge the batteries to be tested etc. No one at that branch is helpful, not even the boss. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY.
