Deltec Pinetown the worst sales service I have ever uncounted

I went into the Pinetown Branch and ordered 4 x 12v18amp batteries. They didn't have stock. I was assured by Molemo that stock would arrive in a few days. I emailed and phoned only to encounter *********** arrogant staff. I mailed them and asked for a quote so as to organize payment. 2 weeks later and several calls I still got no joy. I paid the quoted amount only to be told the price has gone up 31%. I asked for an invoice to organize payment for the difference. 2 days later and I'm still waiting. I still have no batteries. I will never support Deltec ever again.
