7 Months to process warranty return and still not resolved

I purchased 16 x 100aH Lead Crystal batteries from Deltec in Pinetown, the batteries came with a 3 year warranty and when some of them were not performing I removed them and returned them to Deltec Pinetown for them to check and replace under warranty if they were no longer good, this was in April 2017.

These guys just don't provide any form of customer service at all, I have phoned, emailed and gone into the branch in person but they are either unable or unwilling to help.

The Pinetown branch told me they are dependent on the head office for warranty returns and are tired of making excuses to customers so it's better I take it up with their head office directly.

Carl Luther did eventually come and make a site visit to check out my charger and inverter settings on our solar system on 18th August 2017, but since then nothing has happened.

I have sent them all the information they require and they seem to be unwilling to either honour their warranty or return my batteries.

If you are in the market for batteries and expect any sort of after sales service I would be very careful of using these guys.
