Old fashioned ant control by Deltatrax did not work at my house

I requested a quotation from Deltatrax pest control in which I specifically mentioned that my expected outcome is the eradication of ants around my house. After I accepted their quotation they sprayed a liquid from a tanker which had a very marginal effect on the ant population if any. I tried to get them to fix their poor results but Helena could not get this resolved. I was finally forced to report them to their industry body SAPCA. I dealtt with the CEO Hilda Swart. That got Deltatrax to spray a second time with the same poor results. They constantly tried to hide behind the T&C's of the quotation but it was clear that I was in the right. Reported it to SAPCA again who could not get their member to deliver the results we agreed for the money paid. They obviously know who pays their salaries. I got rid of the ants when I used a granule that is scattered a few weeks after the second spray.
