Delta valencia issues with vision property and protea meters

If I could I would give them 0, the complex is nice the problem is the management vision properties and protea meters. We have been complaining about electricity bills and shared services which we asked about and we not getting a clear explanation what that is for cause I remember before moving here I asked Vision Property agent Lindy if I'll be paying for any extras and she said it's just rent, water and electricity but Protea meters told me that the shared services am paying for the complex management told them to add it mind due I can avoid it since they take the money from the electricity.
