Sucky service

Delta Superette based in Overport, a shop that most Indians and people go to, to buy their sweet stuff such as biscuits, sweetmeats etc. When placing an order, you're under the impression that you are getting what you waned, instead Delta does their own things and gives you what they feel like, blaming it on their supplier. Somewhere along the line business ethics are lost! If you're placing an order you're supposed to get what you asked for including the quantity and quality... But here that's not the case. There is no proper customer service.
