Bad Service

I have had such a bad experience with Delta Superette. There customer service is pathetic. I had bought frozen butter pastry from the store in Asherville and the sale assistant that helped took the last circle pastry from the bottom of the freezer and she informed me this was the last one of this shape. it was R149. I took it home and put it the freezer straight away. when I took it out to use , it was molded and had green and black spots on it. the store supervisor refused tot take responsibility and called me a ****. What would I get to lie about pastry which I need to use this week. Never had I come across such pathetic customer service.
