False Credit Listing – Urgent Action Required
I am extremely disappointed with Delta Property Fund. An outstanding balance from June to August 2025 has been incorrectly reported against my name on my credit profile. This is completely unacceptable, as I vacated the property and cancelled the lease in May 2025, having properly served notice in line with my lease agreement. I am therefore not liable for any rental payments beyond May 2025. The fact that Delta Property Fund has reported me as owing rental after lease termination is not only inaccurate but has also caused serious harm to my credit score and reputation. I demand that this incorrect listing be removed from all credit bureaus immediately and that I receive written confirmation that the debt has been cleared and was reported in error. If this is not resolved within 7 days, I will escalate the matter to the Credit Ombud, relevant credit bureaus, and seek legal recourse for damages caused by this false reporting. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I urge Delta Property Fund to act swiftly to correct the error.
