Henriek de Wet of Delta Projects won't refund me the excess on the damage that they caused to my car

On 14 Oct, 2016, the driver of a van belonging to Delta Projects reversed his vehicle into my parked car. He didn't see my car because his mirror was missing. I asked the owner of Delta Projects, Mr Henriek de Wet ********** (who contracts to Weltevreden Mr Delivery ********** to refund the excess that I paid when my insurance had my car repaired. He gave me the runaround, finally referring me to his insurers, OUTsurance ********** who also gave me the runaround before referring me back to my insurers.
