taken for a ride by car dealership

<p>We bought a second hand car at weskaap delta on the 30th of january 2017.we only drove the car home.the second day we took the car for a drive.and it just died.we phoned the salesman we bought the car at and he said they has nothing to do with the car.there was no contract they didnt say that there might be something wrong with the car nothing.one of they macanics had a look at the car bfore we bought the car and according to him the car was in a good condition.but the next day the car broke.one of the supervisers there at weskaap delta told my father he shouldnt waste his money on lawyers he should rather use his money to fix the car.</p>
