no spares

Went to purchase a new radiator hose for my Chevy Spark. They took the vin number and checked for spares, out of stock. Waited a week for the item, took it home to install only to find it's the wrong part, go all the way back after re assembled the car that I stripped and drive about 10 km to the garage. All I got from them is a sorry we have no stock will have to order from the factory and can't say when it wil be available, in the meantime I have to drive with my car and hope the patch last on the pipe.
