I would like to extend my utmost gratitude, to this company. We have been observing this company for a while as it does work at our properties through our tenants, who directly deal with the owner Divan. He is a very kind, empathetic, and professional gentleman, as cited by my tenants. His team has done superb work at my properties! They have managed to turn gardens that were a mess into beautiful pierces of neat work. This gardening company is definitely your best choice in Pretoria and GP. They go beyond the call of duty. They even advise you on what they recommend you can get optionally extra, to improve your gardens further. The other garden services that I have experienced at my other properties are normally after money, never advise clients, do the bare minimum, take no initiative, rush the job and take no responsibility if there is an issue. These folks are passionate, and knowledgeable and take time and pride in their work. They want to leave a good name when they leave. They are friendly and get really upset when the things they advise like watering the plants are not done by the client. These guys are the real deal! I personally deal with their customer care directly, they too are world-class efficient. They are polite, efficient, very responsive and treat each client as if they are the only clients. When an issue arises, they are willing to listen and attend to it maturely and fairly. They are not defensive nor arrogant, unlike some of their competitors that I have experienced who are only kind when things favour them. These are very good people, very understanding and generous too, especially with their time and expertise. I like them because they are real, good human beings, and offer all-around excellent work and superb customer care for all things gardening. I no longer look for any other service provider when I need anything garden related for any of my properties.
