Worst bus experience ever!!!!

I am extremely disappointed. They have ZERO respect for people's time. The bus left more than 6 hours late with no explanation, no apology. We were just left waiting at the station like we have nothing else to do. Customer service is non-existent. The staff is rude and acts like they are doing you a favor. No communication, no updates. It you have somewhere important to be, DO NOT use Delta Couche. Pay a little more and go with a company that respects its passengers. Never again.
