Unprofessional driver and broken bus

I would never recommend delta to anyone, what a nightmare we were supposed to travel 17hrs but we travel 26hrs what nonsense was that, we've changed the bus out of nowhere without any communication, the bus was dirty with no USB charging port, we stopped now and then to refill petrol, the bus was late we were supposed to departures at 18h00 but was late with an hour, other people were running to work but they couldn't make it😭😭😭😭😭😭 the driver was busy with the video calls with her woman while we asking we want to go we are late johnnasburg is dangerous at night we are woman we are scared because we wouldn't found the taxis to our houses, DELTA IS A **** with unprofessional drives.
