The Worst Bus Service Ever in my Life Experience

Worst bus service I have ever experienced in my life. I was booked on a Cape Town bound Delta Coach for 19th February 2024. Scheduled departure time 13h00. As I'm preparing to leave home for Park Station, I receive an sms informing me that the bus service for 1pm had been delayed to 19h00

I then boarded the 19h00 bus which left around past 20h00. As we reach Beaufort West, we are informed that the bus has run out of diesel. The crew are waiting for fuel money from Head Office and a gentleman by the me Fanie was going to send the money to the driver.

We are stuck at Beafi West for more than 3 hours. Finally the money is announcedas as received and the bus is refueled. Little did we know that the money was enough to take ha to Cape Town. We reach Langsburg, and the crew announces the the bus has run out of fuel. Remember, Beaufort West to Langs isess than 300km in distance

We finally board the bus and are driven towards Cape Town. We weren't sure whether we would make it to Cape Town

At time of this de iew, it's 14h55 are still waiting to get to Cape Town. Not sure whether we will i make it in time. I'm travelling with a 4 year old daughter. What trauma the baby felt. What a nightmare for the poor young girl.

Initial scheduled time for arrival in Cape Town was 09h00 on 20 February 2024. But now, it's already 15h00 on 20 February 2024, six hours late, but not even arrived in Touws River

I've to catch a return bus from Cape Town to the, on 20th February. Departure from Cape Town is scheduled for 16h00. I won't make it to Cape Town in time to catch my return bus. What a terrible situation and ordeal. I now have to make some unscheduled arrangements to get back to Johannesburg because I must be at work the morning of 21st February 2024. Just imagine what an inconvenience and frustration.
