Bad service from Delta Couches

Bunch of ****mers we booked a 6:30pm bus we board the bus at 11:00pm at night and the bus was not roadworthy bolts on the tires we loose, th bus was impounded, we didn't get our refund back we ended up getting another mode of transport their boss was phoned but ended up dropping the calls from his drivers we got stuck at the weight bridge from 11:00 till 3:00pm the time we arranged our own transport. We walked 4km on hot sunny day just to get a hike from beaufourt west to Capetown
