Worst travelling experience of my life.

This was the worst travelling experience I’ve ever had. The bus from JHB to CPT was delayed by 7hrs. We were stuck on the road for 3hrs at some point, we had to gather money as passengers to pay for the drivers uber ride to go buy oil for the bus. The bus from CPT to JHB was delayed by 12hrs, no explanation provided. I paid for a luxury coach and I was put in a basic coach. I paid for a luxury because I’m travelling with a 6yr old who would need the toilet and that wasn’t available. These people do not care for their passengers. Do not ever book with this company
