Worst Travel experience ever,I will never use them again

The worst travel experience I have ever experience, traveling to Mpumalanga booked a Bus from Cape Town to Joburg Pak station to get a Taxi to Mpumalanga. I booked a 13h20 on the 09.11.2025 so I can get to Joburg in the morning and take a 6 hrs taxi to Mpumalanga. The bus was cancelled they did not even send communication when we got to the Cape Town station, we only left at 19h00 in the evening. The worst experience ever, got to Joburg at 15h00.No taxis to Mpumalanga
