Worst service ever, buses are a no-show, customer service worst.

I waited at Qonce bus station en-route to Pretoria, the bus was a no show, tried calling no one is picking up calls, went to the Bosman station to request refund they claim the bus came after I waited at the station for over 5 hours at the station. Dont be fooled by their cheap prices the worst service ever, they ***** passengers by buses that don't show up and claim something different, customer service is the worst, I will write to busbud to remove this ****** from their site honestly compromising their repution. But I still want my refund.
