worst service ever

i booked 2 tickets on the 29th of March from Pretoria to cape town and the 2nd of April back to Pretoria. my bus was delayed from 11 am to 5 pm. we then got told that the bus was coming in 30 mins which it did not, it arrived at 7-8 pm. the bus got impounded in Beauford west and the bus drivers left us stranded, I had to pay a taxi 500 to get from there to Cape Town. when I called to cancel the return ticket I was told that they only do vouchers. I was forced to book my return ticket with Intercape after this happened and heard most of the inside stories. I have lost a lot of money due to this company's unreliable service. all i want is a reimbur*****t
