Worst long distance bus services ever!

To formally express my profound disappointment regarding the recent trip my family and I undertook with Delta Coaches. Unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to bring several serious concerns to your attention. To begin with, the bus was delayed by over six hours, and during the journey, it broke down on three separate occasions. These incidents left us stranded for extended periods without any form of communication, guidance, or apology from the driver or staff. It was only through the kindness of passing travelers that we were able to seek assistance—an entirely unacceptable situation for a service we trusted to transport us safely and efficiently. The entire journey spanned almost 28 hours, an ordeal that resulted in significant distress and discomfort for my family of four. Personally, I sustained an ankle injury during this time, which has since required medical attention. Furthermore, the prolonged travel led to severe physical strain and body cramps for all of us. Given the extent of the inconvenience, the lack of professionalism, and the physical and emotional toll endured, I believe a full refund for this journey is both justified and warranted. I sincerely hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Delta Coaches to others, and I hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure no future travelers are subjected to similar treatment.
