Worst Experience Ever

I was in one of your buses on 20/06/2025 and had to attend a funeral the next day of which the bus was supposed to arrive by the following morning at around 8 AM at the latest. I ended up missing the funeral due to the bus delay which ended up in us having to wait the following morning at 9:30 AM in Cape Town to Queenstown. Upon speaking to the bus drivers on the day there was no communication as to what was going on. I would have liked a refund on the ticket placed and partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Ticket number DCALMAR01 R680.50 with busbud.
