WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY!!!

Worst customer service ever! I bought a bus ticket via computickect for my brother and they took forever to allow him on the bus because it was an online ticket. The staff was so rude, they treated him like a ********. The bus booked for 18:00 in Queenstown was full, he had to wait for a second bus, which got full and could only be accomodated on a 3rd bus which came around 21:00 at night. These buses should not be transporting people. They are horrible, stay away if you know what’s good for you.
