List of issues. 1. Bus was ment to arrive at 8.40am and only got to the pick up point at 13.55 2. Finding the number for the call centre is impossible, if you're looking for it, it's ***. 3. The apparent 1 agent at the call centre is rude and uninformed and will shut you down even when they are quite clearly wrong.

Bottom line! Do not! I repeat do not use them! They are the worst
