Worst bus. Wish they had a zero stars rating

Worst bus. Booked it for my mum from Johannesburg to Capetown on the 10th. Bus was very late, and was breaking down and stopping. Early morning they were changed into another bus which also broke down near Laingsburg. Now it's 5pm and they are still waiting for a relief bus.
