Worst Bus Service!!!!!!!!

The worst experience every!!!!! I'm currently stuck in the middle of nowhere. The bus left Pretoria at 5pm yesterday (30/04/2023), only to have us wait for an hour. Then as we were making our way to another bus station the engine stops working. We left Joburg at 10pm and its 02:03 and we are stuck. The only bus available has to come from Cape Town, pick us up and take us back to Joburg for what!! I don't understand. We've been stuck since 00:00. Why allow people to pay and go on a bus that's not even road worthy. I mean come on, some pple have to go to work today!!!! I have a conference that I have to attend today. The worst part is that a bus will only be coming in 2 to 3 hours. !!!!! & you can't even get ahold of Customer Service's all the numbers on the website aren't working!!! By far the worst, never again!!!!
