Worst bus company

Very rude and unprofessional workers. I bought a ticket on the 9th of June and departure time was supposed to be 4pm but the bus only arrived at 6pm. The bus was so dirty and the seats were smelling. Most of the charging ports were not even working and the cherry on top was when we requested for the heater to be switched on we were told that the bus doesn't have a heater. Can you imagine being in a bus at night in winter with no heater
