Waited 3 hours for a bus

I booked delta coaches from joburg to cape town. The bus was supposed to depart on the 7 th and they sent an sms telling me the bus will only depart on the 8th, they gave a number and an email address to contact for more details and guess what none of them went through. So the next day i went to park station and waited for the bus for 3 good hours only to be picked later by a bus with no name after paying R1180 . Worst service ever and they are so unprofessional i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
