Very unhappy with Delta coaches services

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Delta coaches, first they cancelled our bus trip few hours before the time we had to leave and they said they will call us regarding a refund, till now I am still waiting when I call them on *** someone answered then dropped the call after when I call again there is no answer, is this a **** company or what?
