Very bad service rendered by Delta coaches

Very bad service, bus travelling from JHB to East London was 10 hours delayed, travellers were not notified my 17 year old daughter is unreachable, has not even reached her destination. So unprofessional, no communication as they got stuck in the middle of nowhere. Very disappointed with Delta coaches
