USE THIS BUS LINE AT YOUR OWN RISK - POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Terrible, terrible service. Use this bus at your own risk. There is constant confusion at their offices, and luggage frequently goes missing. This bus service is completely dysfunctional—I even met someone who had lost six suitcases. Reading other reviews now makes me realise that giving them the benefit of the doubt was the worst mistake of my life. Their offices are dirty and smell of dampness.

We sent a parcel last week Wednesday, which was supposed to arrive by Friday, or at the latest Saturday. But no parcel arrived. I even flew home and arrived on Sunday, only to find the parcel still missing. On Monday, I was told it was being “escalated” onto the next bus. Apparently, the parcel was removed after we left the offices because it was “not a priority.” Today marks seven days since we dropped it off, and it still has not reached its destination. We are constantly given the runaround about where the parcel is and when it will arrive.

Do not use this bus line. They have no accountability, no urgency, and no respect for customers' time and money! I would not recommend them even if they were the last bus company left! Sies!!! Their turnaround times are not to be trusted and just poor service delivery! Ohhh I am so disappointed because I was really hoping the parcel would arrive with all the xmas things for my family. I am disappointed and immensely disgruntled by Delta Coaches.
