Upholing service from Delta

I booked a bus ticket from East London to Pretoria for 16 June 2024 for 16h00. The bus arrived after 1 hours and we were mixed with Cape Town people. The bus dropped us at Ultra City in Queenstown around 19h30.

The time now is 23h46 the bus has not arrived yet. The weather is extremely cold kids are sleeping on the floor in this weather. We are mixed with people that were taken from Umtata. Delta coaches left us stranded in the cold.

We tried to call every number they have and all of the numbers are on voicemail. Can this company be closed, I will be late for my job tomorrow because of this Delta. I am ****ed
