Ticket refund and very bad or poor service ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

If it was possible to rate negative star I will do so, this bus I believe it’s **** based on what they did to me,

I book a bus from Queestown to Johannesburg for the date of 26 May 2023, during the day they confirmed if the bus is cancelled, then I asked for a refund as I want to buy a ticket of another bus so that I can continue my trip, guess what after I ask for refund they never responded to me not even a call just keep ignoring my call, a Xhosa guy by Name of Vuyo insulted me with everything you can imagine of, he called my by 21:30 midnight just to insult me and also Xhosa lady from this number ***, the attitude she gave me when I ask for refund it’s something I can’t even imagine before I even finish talk she dropped my call and say am useless and think am smart I never been so angry 😡 like this in my life because of poor service and disrespect to me as customer .

I had to book another bus myself and they told me that I must forget about refund if why would I deserve this I don’t know 😭😭😭 I need my money.

I am going to small claims court I need my money, I will never rest until I get my hard earned money 🥺🥺

For a free advice never ever book that bus even if it’s R2 never please for your peace , it’s no go unless you wanna be ****med 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
