This Company does not deserve to operate in South Africa at all

The bus was supposed to leave at 13:20. Then delayed to 18:00 now is delayed again to 21:00. What borders me they don't even care how frustrated we are. We are now sitting here frustrated no one is communicating with us. I am now compromised as I was supposed to in the interview at 09:00. This company doesn't deserve to operate in South Africa. They don't even deserve the star that I gave them. I will never in my life book this nonsense of bus. They don't have values.
