Took a bus in East London, got told we'd be transferred to another bus in Queenstown. The bus however, broke down in the middle of the road and we waited for a "mechanic" for 3 whole hours. Bus got "fixed" and we left, met our transfer bus literally in the middle of nowhere, and they made us switch busses in the middle of the road. To put icing on the cake, drivers drive like daredevils with extra lives. We almost lost our lives multiple times, and the drivers have this nasty personality. Honestly deserves negative stars, but the company seriously needs to be shut down.
