The bus was horrible but the drivers was excellent

I booked a bus for 1:30 from Cape to Johannesburg and it was delayed till 6 o'clock when we got on the bus it had no toilet facility and it was very uncomfortable and small there was no leg room and no Aircon ,buses engen light was on the lights didn't work and there not enough charging sections on the bus When we arrived at kroonstad we were stopped by the police thats when we found out the bus does not have the correct permits and we had to follow them to the police station and that's when they impowned the bus and we were left stranded they ignored the drivers calls stating they'll phone them back we had to get owe own way back home The drivers service was excellent and very respectful and reliable but the bus was **** !
