Terrible/Horrible service: Delta coaches

Its a pity that the system doesn't allow you to move if one doesn't choose a star otherwise you deserve 0 ratings. It is not the first time using your services, first time when it happened I thought it was an innocent delay, but now again same thing that happened last year is happening again. A bus that was booked for 17:05 from PTA to Engcobo arrived at 17:50 heading to Johannesburg the next thing we are told to wait for a bus that will take us, up until now with this cold outside we are still waiting, no communication from Delta coaches and calls are being ignored.....The terrible/horrible service ever we don't deserve this kind of treatment
