Terrible Service

Terrible service to say the least!!! Firstly, the bus was delayed, then instead of getting the seats indicated on our tickets, they assigned us to different seats with no explanation for it!!! To make matters worse, we had to pay to carry our luggage with us. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use this ****ty bus company!!! 0/10👎👎👎👎👎👎
