Terrible customer service from Delta cuss service

I would like to bring to your attention that this bus service is so out of order like you can’t believe.

On the 26th of July 2022 I booked a tickets from Mthata to Pretoria and everything was confirmed, booked and paid.

The bus was supposed to leave mthata at 2:30pm and arrive in Pretoria at 6:30 since I had a followup job interview at 9am in Hatfield Pretoria on the 27th.

So I arrived at the Shell Ultra city at 1:40 pm and hoping to check in and wait for the bus.

So I waited from then until all other buses left and I was the only person left there since I was the only person waiting for this bus and the bus never arrived.

Throughout the time I was trying to call the number on my ticket and No one was picking up.

I then started panicking as I had no place to sleep and worried about my safety and my bags.

But luckly I find and guest house to sleep for the night .

So to cut the story short, the bus service did not contact me to apologize nor refund me my money that I’ve paid them, I contacted them and they sent me an automatic reply and since then I’ve never heard from them and am still waiting for my money.

I will apreciate if you can get them to pay me back my money.
