TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Drivers are very rude and ***** Bus was very dirty It took us 37 hours from Cape Town to Pretoria We had to go back to Bloemfontein Tourist centre in Bloemfontein to pick up passengers,half way to joburg because Drivers didn’t go to Tourist centre instead they dropped passengers who were go to Bloemfontein on the free way.
