Terrible bus service

The bus was late the ticket said 4pm departure and we left at 6 so a 2 hours delay with no heads up. The chargers in the bud do not work and the drive does not communicate that issue with us as passengers. The lights on the bus do not work and it is unmarked. Haven’t even been on the bus for more than 15 mins but I wish I could get off. Worst bus experience ever
