Stupid bus, never use this bus

Please do not use this bus. I booked 5 x Return tickets to Cape Town for the 29th of Dec and 2nd of Jan Return. I have never had such horrible experiences before!! First trip, we were supposed to arrive at 10am but only arrived at 2pm. I had small children in the bus all those hours. 2nd trip was worse. The bus was a double decker and very hot with no Aircon. It would only get better when the bus is moving, once it stops everyone would take off their shirts or go out of the bus just to breathe. We were supposed to arrive at 6am, only arrived at 9am. That is how unreliable that stupid bus is. ****roaches everywhere in the bus. Bus had no toilet.
