SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN - zero rating!!!

THE WORST BUS SERVICE in SOUTH AFRICA! If there was ZERO, I’d rate them that. 2 bus trips delayed by 5-7 hours each. Received sms of delay 30 minutes before departure time for the first and 10 minutes for the second trip. No assistance, no remorse. No compensation or refund! Or consideration for long distance travel, from JHB to CPT, delayed by 7 hours without communication prior. ****roaches in the bus, driver speeding, unauthorised stops, very affordable but worst service! Hotline number doesn’t work, service number doesn’t go through. Individual at office in Bosman cannot assist upon arrival or refer to senior management for escalation.
