They dont even deserve a start. A 17hr trip from CPT to PTA become a 30hr trip. This is not acceptable as there is not contact details to know why the bus is running late for people waiting. No places for phones to be charges to let families know what is going on. T this is Inhuman treating passanger liki this. They all deserve a refund for this experience. Really really pethetic
