****roach bus - Delta coaches

8 hours late with no explanation. One can tell from the dirty cubicle (office) in Cape Town that the service would be as ****py. I requested a refund and called the office to be told I have time to read reviews instead of cancelation policy. Shame on this company - they don't value customer service and are unapologetic.

Never mind the bus being late or no refund. The bus is invested with ****roaches, sjoe i was forced to buy doom at one of the stops. The bus had no permit and traffic officers pulled over the bus being an hour away from Joburg forced to drive back escorted by traffic officers to Bloemfontein where we sat and waited for hours. Eventually after 4 hours we left stopped at the garage waited another hour as the driver has to wait on money to fill up.

Shame Delta you guys suck
