Ridiculous and unfair bus treatment

I booked this bus from Pretoria to Cape Town and somehow this greedy company overbooked the bus and as we speak we are standing, me and a whole lot of people. How is it even possible for someone to travel close to 18 hours standing? The prices went ridiculously high for such a service. It’s stuffy the lights aren’t working nothing is working. This bus service must be banned from travelling till they sort themselves out. This is so ridiculous, I’ll never use Delta even if it can cost R1 a trip
