Refund

Delta coaches service is pathetic On the 5th May, I was supposed to be travelling to Cape Town as I was supposed to be working at 11:00 on the 6th . So I booked a bus that's going to get to Cape Town around 9:00 but I got a message saying it will be departing Pretoria only at 18:00.

I had to make an alternative plan so I booked a 11:30 eleven bus that costed me another fare.

At the reception I was told to email *** for my refund which will take 3 days.

I need my refund as I took another bus so I make it to work.

The numbers listed on the tickets are all not working.
